“Fascinated by the wine and the envy for a big change I chose to settle down in Bordeaux, very fast I meet my wine grower whom I marry. This fate led to us to manage the family wine property located in Barsac, a domain that has
belonged to the family since the XVIIIth century. I follow up every vintage of the Château Roumieu with enthusiasm and love. I improve every day my most beautiful recipe: a balance of tradition, know how and a touch of modernity with a pinch of magic.”

The wine of Château Roumieu has a golden yellow color with brilliant
reflections. An expressive and rich nose, with notes of dried and cooked
fruits with an evolution of spices and citrus fruits (peel of orange and
grapefruit).
A lively, ample attack, with aromas of yellow and exotic fruits (peach,
apricot, litchi, pineapple). A big gustative balance. A long finish,
persistent supported by a spiced freshness.
The power and the elegance are enhanced by a mineral giving an
aromatic harmony.
